FACADE MANAGER / FACADE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

South West London

We’re working with a well-established construction contractor with more than a century of experience delivering projects across residential, commercial and other sectors. The business has a strong London presence and focuses on safe, high-quality construction and sustainable project delivery.

They are seeking a façade professional to manage the site delivery of multiple façade packages on a major residential development in South West London.

The façade scope includes windows, curtain walling, coping, castellated cladding, aluminium cladding and stone cladding. This role will suit someone confident coordinating several packages, subcontractors and installation teams on a live site.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day site activities across the façade work packages.
• Coordinate subcontractors, operatives, materials, access and site logistics.
• Plan installation sequences and monitor progress against programme milestones.
• Review drawings and technical information, identify interface issues and coordinate resolutions with the design and project teams.
• Manage quality inspections, ITPs, records, snagging and handover requirements.
• Ensure RAMS and health and safety requirements are followed across the works.
• Report progress, risks and constraints to the wider site team and help keep the façade programme on track.

About you:

• You’ll have managed façade, cladding or building envelope packages on residential or mixed-use projects.
• You’ll be confident coordinating multiple subcontractors and work packages on a live construction site.
• You’ll understand façade installation, technical drawings, sequencing, quality control and site safety.
• You’ll have experience using quality control platforms like field view or similar.
• Experience with curtain walling, punched window facade, coping, castellated, aluminium or stone cladding will be particularly relevant.
