GKN Aerospace at Filton is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a 24/7 maintenance team across CNC machines and process equipment. You’ll drive TPM, ensure on-time PPMs, improve uptime and MTTR/MTBF, and manage budgets and contractors.
You’ll bring a technical degree or apprenticeship with 10+ years’ leadership in manufacturing maintenance, strong analytical and IT skills, and a collaborative, cross-functional approach to improvement initiatives.
