Director of Engineering – Automation & Site Synergy

Elev8 Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Director-level leader for a Hull-area client. The role focuses on unifying engineering across multiple sites, raising standards, and driving continuous improvement in design, commissioning, wiring, and documentation.

You will lead 15+ engineers, shape processes, and ensure each site has a voice in how engineering evolves. The position is based near Hull, 3–4 days on site with some travel; salary up to £100,000 depending on level.
