Clinical Operations Director – Nursing Lead

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior nursing leader to be overall responsible for delivering outstanding care within the directorate. You will line manage Matrons and senior staff, provide operational leadership across quality, safety, flow, workforce, finance and performance, and act as a nursing role model with clinical responsibility.

This role focuses on improving patient outcomes, discharge planning, Length of Stay optimization, and adherence to NICE guidance.
