Senior Workplace Service Delivery Manager

National Highways is recruiting a Lead Service Delivery Manager in Workplace Services to drive service operations and continuous improvement. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across offices, build senior stakeholder relationships, and ensure value for money through effective supplier management.

You will deputise for the Head of Service, shape strategic plans, and oversee risk, performance and reporting to support delivery across the organisation.
