Associate Engineering Manager

Role Purpose

Provide technical ownership and escalation leadership across TimeGate, TimeGate Plus, and Templa platforms, ensuring stable production support, risk mitigation, and architectural continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end L3 technical delivery across all products
• Act as final escalation point for P1/P2 incidents
• Lead root cause analysis and permanent fixes
• Review and approve complex code changes and hotfixes
• Oversee releases and provide technical go/no-go decisions
• Guide migration-related fixes and parity gap remediation
• Drive knowledge transfer and reduce key-person dependencies
• Mentor offshore engineers and ensure engineering standards
• Identify technical debt and automation opportunities

Required Skills

• Strong .NET / ASP.NET / C#
• SQL Server performance tuning
• Azure (Functions, Service Bus, cloud ops)
• Legacy modernization exposure
