Operations & Capability Director — Second-in-Command

Hamilton HCP is seeking an Operations & Capability Director, the second-in-command to the owner, to lead talent development and systemic improvements across our North West GP group. You will shape training, playbooks and leadership, integrating five surgeries, ~120 staff and ~20 doctors into a scalable back-office model.

You will build a federation-wide capability culture, raise performance across sites, and partner with the owner on the new venture’s design, pricing and growth strategy.
