International SBC Evaluation Lead – Remote (3.5 Months)

UNICEF Afghanistan is seeking an international consultant to lead an evaluation of its SBC community structures and interventions, focusing on driving behavior change and strengthening community engagement.

This remote assignment spans 3.5 months, with a start date to be determined and a project end by 31 October 2026. The evaluator will design methods, collect and analyze data, and produce learning to inform future SBC programming and strengthen systems for communities nationwide.
