Client-Side Project Manager – Commercial Refurbishment

A major UK commercial property owner is looking for an experienced Project/Programme Delivery Manager to lead a national refurbishment programme. You will take ownership of a high-volume portfolio of projects, returning vacant units to high standard quickly and cost-effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading a national programme of multi-site refurbishment works, with accountability for cost, quality and turnaround
• Managing and prioritising a live project pipeline in partnership with Asset Management
• Owning the end-to-end delivery of projects, from site visits and scope definition to contractor instruction, completion and handover
• Reviewing and challenging scopes to ensure works are proportionate, commercially justified and aligned with the agreed reletting standard
• Managing contractor and consultant performance, including certification, warranties and project records

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of proven programme or project management experience in commercial property
• A strong track record of delivering high-volume, multi-site works
• Hands-on experience of procuring and delivering works through contractors and consultants
• Clear, confident communication with contractors, consultants and senior stakeholders
