Director of Compliance & Facilities Management

London Borough of Merton in London is seeking a Director to lead Compliance, Maintenance and Facilities Management. You will oversee statutory landlord responsibilities and a portfolio of contracts up to £20m to keep the council’s estate safe, efficient and sustainable.

This on-site role requires strategic oversight of hard and soft FM, health and safety, compliance and utilities management across corporate buildings, with a focus on smarter, greener ways to run the estate.
