Senior Project Manager

Overview

As a Project Manager in Technical Production, you drive delivery of technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives. You will coordinate planning, execution and acceptance alongside IT leaders, tech teams and business stakeholders, balancing risk while ensuring reliable services and meaningful business outcomes. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration, maintain clear progress updates, and continuously improve delivery processes. This role offers a chance to shape technology services and work with a diverse set of partners to deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver projects aligned with company and department strategies
• Own project plans and coordinate delivery with effective change management
• Track resource use and maintain accurate forecasts
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate collaboration
• Provide clear, timely project updates and maintain project, financial, and resource information

Key requirements

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation to acceptance
• Experience in an IT or technology environment
• Understanding of traditional and agile project management approaches
• Experience with Atlassian tools
• Confident in communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to take initiative and manage own workload to keep work moving
