Position: Senior Software Engineer Type: Contract Compensation: $120/hour Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Apply open-source engineering experience to real software engineering work.
• Contribute to AI model training, evaluation, and improvement.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model outputs and training data quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
• Leverage technical skills and tools to drive impactful solutions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Senior, Staff, or Principal Software Engineer experience.
• Active contribution to open-source projects with recent commits.
• Maintenance or contribution to projects with 100+ GitHub stars or clear package usage.
