Senior AI Engineer – GTM Automation & AI Systems

Paddle is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the Data & AI team in Canada. You will build end-to-end AI systems that support GTM activities, collaborating with Marketing, Sales and RevOps to deliver practical, production-ready solutions.

You’ll own the full lifecycle from design to deployment, focusing on accuracy, efficiency and measurable business impact, with emphasis on segmentation, research workflows and automation for sales.
