Anthropic Limited is hiring a Software Engineer for the Observability & Profiling team in London. You will design and operate high-throughput telemetry pipelines, profiling systems, and tracing to support reliability across large-scale GPU/TPU workloads.
You will own core observability platforms, develop instrumentation and eBPF-based tooling, and partner with Research, Inference, Product, and Infra teams to deliver low-overhead visibility and AI-assisted diagnostic capabilities.
