Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing law firm in the Cardiff Area to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Conveyancing Paralegal.
The successful candidate will enjoy a varied and busy caseload, strong administrative support, and the chance to work in one of South Wales’ most desirable coastal locations.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision. Matters will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Associated residential property matters
About You
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven experience managing their own caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process from start to finish
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm
Whilst some flexibility can be considered, attendance in the office will be required on Mondays and Tuesdays, with office-based working preferred.
