Siemens CNC Turner – LightsOut Precision, £35k + 25%

Rubicon Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled CNC Turner for a precision engineering environment in Bournemouth. You will set and operate Siemens-controlled CNC lathes, with lights-out capability, ensuring parts meet exact specifications.

The role offers 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm shifts with a 35,000 base salary plus a 25 percent shift allowance. You will work with modern turning centers, inspect parts, and optimise tooling and offsets to sustain high-quality output.
