Debt Advice Quality & Compliance Lead

Toynbee Hall in London is seeking a dedicated Debt Advice Support Officer to work with our debt-advice team. The role focuses on supporting debt advisers, ensuring that advice given to over-indebted clients is accurate, effective and tailored to individual circumstances.

You will also audit partner organisations for external reviews, support quality assurance, and contribute to team projects. Travel across London and occasionally the UK may be required.
