Salary: £110-£170 per day

Hours: Full-time

About the role

Empowering Learning is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Design & Technology (DT) Technicians to work in secondary schools across South London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background or interest in Design & Technology to support practical learning in a school environment. You will work alongside DT teachers to prepare materials, maintain equipment and ensure workshops are safe, organised and ready for lessons.

Requirements

• A relevant qualification or experience in Design & Technology, engineering, construction, or a related practical subject.
• Experience using workshop tools, machinery or practical equipment is desirable.
• A strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, flexible and reliable approach to work.
• The right to work in the UK.
• An enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one.
