Probation-Focused Dependency & Recovery Worker

Change Grow Live Norfolk is seeking a Dependency & Recovery Worker to support individuals on Probation. You will deliver tailored sessions, assist with referrals, and promote recovery and social reintegration within the Drug and Alcohol Behaviour Change Service.

The role requires safeguarding compliance, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to maintain accurate records. A DBS check is required, with a fixed-term contract until 31 July 2027 and 37.5 hours per week in Norwich.
