Home Reablement Worker: Help Clients Regain Independence

Care Dorset Ltd is seeking a dedicated Community Reablement Worker to provide in-home reablement support and help individuals regain independence. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ homes, promoting dignity and choice throughout the care journey.

Role requires NVQ 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it), strong communication, organisational skills and a commitment to safeguarding.
