Senior Pastoral Care Manager – SEND & SEMH

Witherslack Group is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Manager to lead a team supporting young people with ASC, ADHD and SEMH at Queensmead House School near Windsor. You’ll plan and deliver pastoral programs, assess needs, and foster a positive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

You’ll work closely with families, engage multi-agency partners, and develop high-standard welfare and safeguarding practices. A leadership mindset and experience in education are essential.
