Senior Complex Needs Outreach Lead – Homelessness Support

Connection Support in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Senior Complex Needs Outreach Worker for our Rough Sleeper Team. You will deliver assertive outreach, engage with people sleeping rough or with complex needs, and help them access housing, health and support services.
