East Cheshire NHS Trust is seeking a Community Staff Nurse (Band 5) in Macclesfield to join an innovative Community Nursing Team. The role involves autonomous nursing care in a multi-disciplinary neighbourhood setting, with support for carers and patients across long-term conditions and elderly care.

Travel is required across the area; the service runs 8am–5pm with various shift patterns. DBS check is mandatory; visa sponsorship not relevant for NHS staff.
