Regional HSE Advisor – West Scotland

The Cala Group is seeking a Health Safety and Environmental Advisor to provide HSE support across the West of Scotland region. You will act as a focal point for HSE, working with regional management and project teams to continually improve HSE performance.

You will lead development of the HSE management system, provide training, audits and coaching to ensure compliance with Cala standards and legal requirements, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
