New Build Yacht Sous Chef — Italian Cuisine & Wagyu

Superyacht Crew UK is recruiting a Sous Chef to join a brand-new yacht ahead of her delivery in November. You will help shape the culinary programme from the start and support the galley for both guest and crew meals.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you will assist with procurement, provisioning and stock management, and you may lead the galley in the Head Chef’s absence. A lunch and dinner trial will allow you to showcase your menu and style.
