Senior Corporate Administrator – Bermuda Operations

Carey Olsen in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Corporate Administrator on a fixed-term basis to support its Bermuda Office. The role will administer portfolios of companies, partnerships and other entities in line with internal policies and Bermuda’s regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate meetings, handle filings with regulators, and liaise with tax, accounting, legal advisors, investment managers and banks while ensuring AML/sanctions compliance and strong governance practices.
