We are looking for an experienced No. 1 Site Manager for a 4-month contract working with a well-established national housebuilder in Verwood.
The project consists of traditional build houses and apartments, and we require a strong Site Manager who is confident overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors and ensuring high standards of health & safety, quality and programme delivery.
- Previous experience working for a national housebuilder preferred
- Strong traditional build residential experience
- Proven track record as a No. 1 Site Manager
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required
