Senior Youth Safeguarding Lead – Railways

Southeastern Railway is recruiting an experienced safeguarding professional to lead and shape youth safeguarding across the southeastern network. The role is based in London with hybrid working from London and Ashford for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will coordinate safeguarding risk assessments, provide high-level advice, and drive improvements with operational teams and external partners to reduce harm to children and young people across the rail network.
