Remote Care Law Solicitor Build Public Law Children’s Dept

Picasso Legal Ltd. is building a new public law children department and seeks an experienced solicitor to set up and run the practice remotely. You will handle pre-proceedings, care proceedings, Cafcass guardian work on the local panel, and provide advocacy at hearings.

You will supervise the LAA public law work and oversee evolving care cases as the team grows, building a department rather than inheriting one.
