St. James’s Place Cirencester is seeking a Client Operations Oversight Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Hybrid role overseeing outsourced administration (SS&C) for products like unit trusts, ISAs, pensions and bonds, ensuring high-quality service, SLAs and governance compliance.

You will monitor performance, manage incidents, and collaborate with internal teams and the admin provider to drive improvement and positive client outcomes in a regulated environment.
