Marston’s is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee 23 partnership pubs across the South Coast, Thames Valley & South East Home Counties. You will drive commercial performance, build strong partner relationships and ensure high standards of guest experience and compliance.

The role requires multi-site leadership, a commercial mindset and the ability to travel across the region. You will report to the Operations Director and contribute to divisional plans with local execution.
