Senior Building Inspector – Enforcement & Compliance

Islington Council’s Building Control is seeking a Principal Registered Building Inspector (Class 3G/3H) to lead complex enforcement, assess schemes, and ensure compliance with Building Regulations. You’ll work with applicants, agents and professionals across the sector to deliver safe, high-quality buildings.

The role involves investigating unauthorised works and dangerous structures, supervising inspectors, progressing applications, and contributing to service improvements.
