Senior Estimator: Lead Preconstruction & Bids

Speller Metcalfe is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead cost planning and tender submissions for a range of regional projects across healthcare, education and commercial sectors. You will develop, evaluate and present scope of work and cost data, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with Marketing, Business Development and design teams to win work.

This is a full-time role based in Malvern with hybrid opportunities.
