Overview
Senior Manager leading a global Last Mile Tech SME program and product-management team to deliver high-performance operations technology. You will drive cross-functional programs, translate complex tech concepts for executives, and shape roadmaps across EU, NA and JP. You’ll champion data-driven decisions, mentor a team of PMs and influence stakeholders to enable scalable, high-impact solutions for Operations and Transporters. Responsibilities
- Develop expert knowledge across technical and operational domains within scope
- Navigate ambiguity to uncover unknowns and provide clarity
- Lead large-scale programs across EU, NA and JP Last Mile marketplaces
- Coordinate multi-stakeholder alignment on technical requirements for SME area
- Use data to scope problems and guide prioritization decisions
- Partner with tech on business requirement documents (BRD)
- Develop and implement high-quality program mechanisms to drive industry-leading change
Key requirements
- Roadmap strategy and definition experience
- End-to-end product delivery experience
- Experience with feature delivery and product tradeoffs
- Product cycles of 6+ months
- Experience managing teams
- Experience in product/program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Experience managing operations and customer service teams with knowledge of Logistics
