You will handle UK and international disputes across adjudications, mediation and arbitration, focusing on delays, disruption, defects, payment disputes and professional negligence. Responsibilities

• Handle contentious construction disputes in UK and international forums (adjudications, mediation, arbitration)
• Address delays and disruption, defects, payment disputes, and professional negligence issues
• Contribute to cases requiring strategic resolution and client advocacy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex construction matters

Key requirements

• 1-3 PQE, E&W qualified (not suitable for NQ)
• UK law firm contentious construction experience either in a specialist team or where it constitutes at least 75% of the role
