Financial Operations Executive

Overview

In this role, you will support core financial operations across invoicing, payments, expenses, treasury, and cash management. You will work with Finance and external stakeholders to ensure accurate processing, robust controls, and timely issue resolution. You’ll contribute to month-end close and reconciliations, while driving opportunities for scalable process improvements. The position sits in a fast-moving, high-impact environment that uses tech-driven decision making to support customers. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial records and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions across invoicing, supplier management, treasury and cash management, and expenses with accuracy and adherence to controls
• Support the Financial Operations team by flexing across processes to maintain service continuity
• Manage escalations and non-standard queries from the business, partners, or suppliers, coordinating with stakeholders
• Demonstrate systems knowledge to ensure accurate processing, reporting and reconciliation
• Contribute to month-end close by completing tasks to deadlines and ensuring financial record integrity
• Perform reconciliations (bank accounts, partner statements, supplier statements) and investigate variances
• Maintain organized financial records for audit and compliance
• Identify opportunities for more efficient, scalable processes and support implementation
• Highlight training needs, share best practices, and help the business use systems confidently with proper controls
