Real Estate Risk & Compliance Associate — Shape Growth

CRS Ltd in London is seeking a Risk & Compliance Associate for a specialist real estate lending business with strong growth plans. You will gain exposure to senior leadership and help shape compliance processes across onboarding, AML/KYC and financial promotions.

The role covers day-to-day decisions, ownership reviews (including SPVs, trusts and layered companies), enhanced due diligence, monitoring and controls development. You’ll work closely with Operations and Compliance to support growth.
