Residential Property Solicitor — Conveyancing Specialist

Landons Solicitors Limited in Brentwood is seeking a full-time Residential Property Solicitor to work on-site with some flexibility to work from home. You will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity, guiding files from instruction to completion.

You will draft and review contracts, perform title checks and searches, and coordinate with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors while maintaining accurate records
