Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering – St Fergus (North Scotland) – Outside IR35 – 3 Years

We are currently working with one of our key clients working on a large project in the North of Scotland, this is working away on-site full time so someone that is happy to live away.

Requirements

• Worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor previously
• Experience working on major projects up to a value of £50m
• Experienced working on Civil Engineering such as Excavation, Earthworks and minor Civils
• Good working knowledge of NEC form of contract (Option A)
• Able to work from early stages of the project through to completion
• Experienced working on Procurement, Sub-Contract Management, Change and Compensation events

Rate:£500 – £540 per day

Location: St Fergus North Scotland

Status: Outside IR35

Duration: 3-year contract

Site days: On site 5 days per week (flexibility later down the line)
