Project Lead, Insourcing & Industrialization (Lean)

Protec Group, based at the Head Office in Nelson, is seeking a proactive Project Lead – Insourcing & Industrialisation to drive complex product transfer and manufacturing insourcing projects.

You will lead line ramp-ups, ensure industrialisation of new and relocated production lines for electronic products, apply Lean principles, and manage a small engineering team while coordinating with QA, logistics, purchasing and Bosch networks.
