Schroders is seeking a Senior Consultant to join Business Transformation Solutions (BTS), the centre of excellence for internal consulting. You will support strategic design and delivery across Public Markets, Private Assets and Wealth Management.
Reporting to the Principal Consultant, you will work with senior stakeholders to shape high-impact initiatives, lead workstreams and translate complex analysis into practical recommendations, including AI-enabled transformation approaches.
