Customer-Focused Sales & Purchasing Specialist

Matrix Tooling is seeking a Sales and Purchasing Administrator to support sales and supply operations. You will be the go-to contact for customers and suppliers, moving orders from quotation to delivery and coordinating with Sales Engineers to resolve issues.

The role covers order processing, after-sales care and management of key customer accounts and ATD vending machines, requiring organisation, problem solving and strong communication skills.
