NFP People supports an education charity to recruit an HR Operations Coordinator for maternity cover. The role is home-based in England with occasional travel to Birmingham or London, working 18.75 hours per week (0.5 FTE).
You will work closely with the Head of People to deliver an efficient HR service, handling administration, onboarding, DBS checks, and policy updates. Strong BambooHR and Microsoft 365 skills are essential.
