Senior Injection Molding Technician: Process & Training Lead

LINDAL Group Careers is seeking an experienced Moulding Technician to independently set up, operate, and optimize injection moulding operations on a busy shop floor. You will act as a senior technical expert, ensuring stable processes and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

You will train and support Mold Technicians I & II and operators, collaborating with shift supervisors and process engineers to deliver high quality parts and efficient production at Leighton Buzzard.
