Multitask Personnel are pleased to be working with a leading property services contractor who is looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on a recladding project in Eccles.
You will work as part of a two-person team supporting residents across five residential tower blocks, acting as a key point of contact between residents and the project team throughout the works.
The role will include:
- Visiting residents at their properties to discuss planned works
- Carrying out resident surveys
- Dealing with resident queries and providing project updates
- Handling complaints professionally and helping resolve concerns
- Following up properties where access has not been obtained
- Keeping accurate records of resident contact
- Working closely with the site team to support the progress of works
- Providing a friendly and professional service throughout the project
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous Resident Liaison Officer experience, ideally within social housing, planned maintenance, recladding or refurbishment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confidence dealing with complaints and challenging conversations
- Good organisation and administration skills
- A professional and approachable manner when visiting residents
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
This is initially a 12-week temporary position, with the potential to lead to a permanent opportunity.
