Deputy Nursery Manager: Lead a Dynamic Early Years Team

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd in Coventry is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running and to lead the Early Years team. You will help maintain high standards of care, education and safeguarding while fostering a nurturing environment for children aged 0–5.

This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week across 51 weeks per year, with shifts between 7:00am and 6:00pm. A Level 3+ Early Years qualification and strong communication are essential.
