Deputy Ward Manager – Senior Nurse Lead (Secondment)

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (North Wales) is seeking a Band 6 nurse on a secondment to support the Ward Manager with day-to-day ward operations and to oversee clinical and nurse management in the absence of the Ward Manager.

The post involves supervising junior staff, caseload management, and teaching, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care in a multi-disciplinary team. Welsh language ability is desirable and applications from Welsh and English speakers are welcome.
