Trainee Recruiter: Uncapped Commission & Europe Travel

Konstrukt is hiring its next cohort of Trainee Recruitment Consultants. You don’t need recruitment experience, only sales experience and a willingness to learn.

The 12-week Foundations programme teaches you how to build your network, win clients and manage the recruitment process with coaching and clear targets. The role involves making sales calls, finding candidates, building relationships with hiring managers, managing vacancies and negotiating offers.
