Youth Residential Support Worker – Outdoors & Growth Path

Aspris is seeking a Residential Support Worker for our children’s home in Sheldon, Birmingham, to provide structured, empathetic 1:1 support to young people with emotional, developmental and behavioural needs.

The role involves taking youngsters to activities and community events, teaching cooking and independence, and building trusting relationships. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential; CPD and progression opportunities are offered.
