Job Description:
NHS Fife invites applications for an experienced RSW to join the Community Rehabilitation Team in Levenmouth. You will work with Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and District Nursing to deliver therapeutic programmes in patients’ homes or in ward settings, aiming to prevent hospital admission and support early discharge.
The role requires SVQ Level III in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with desirable experience as a support worker and with older people.
